Fixed configurations - Cost-efficient start-up solution - Compatible to DC-HI-NET KOMPAKT

The product family DC-HI-NET SINGLE allows cost-efficient single measurement sets as an entrance into comprehensive networks for production data capture.

These devices are interface- compatible with the user-configurable DC-HI-NET KOMPAKT (PC connection via RS 232 with DC-HI-NET protocol). Since attached measurement devices are recognized automatically, host software configurations or changes to the interface modules are not required. This function, called "automatic measurement device recognition", substantially simplifies installation and set-up.

The device has:

  • robust metallic housing with internal power supply
  • from 4 to 8 measurement device interfaces with automatic recognition of Sylvac Opto RS-232, Mitutoyo Digimatic and Tesa manual measurement instruments, BCD input adapted to customer requirements and
  • a connection to the host system (PC, mainframe computer or production terminal).
